Our company offers an 18-month warranty on the entire machine, commencing from the date of delivery to the client. This warranty encompasses any quality issues that arise due to manufacturing defects within this period, and such issues will be addressed with free warranty service.

For parts that are more susceptible to damage, including screw-barrel, regular heating coils, AC solid-state relays, and seals, a 6-month warranty is provided.

Furthermore, a 12-month warranty is extended to components such as pumps, motors, and hydraulic valves. SUCCESSOR is committed to providing lifetime maintenance services for all machines sold. Please note that for machines exceeding the warranty period, a reasonable fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacement parts and labor.
