⚠️ Important Note on Platen Warranty:

The 3-year platen warranty does not apply in cases where damage results from:
◈ Use of long-strip molds without pad plates, leading to excessive bending moments and cracking.
◈Excessive tightening torque on mold clamps, causing thread stripping in platen holes.
◈Improper alignment or misuse during mold installation.

❌Exclusions from Free Warranty Service

Free warranty service will not be provided in the following situations:

1. Use of Non-Approved Materials
Damage to injection components when using ordinary nitrided parts to process special materials such as:
◈ Glass fiber-filled plastics
◈ UPVC, nylon, or other corrosive/high-abrasion materials
     Note: Special component warranties may be negotiated separately in writing.

2. Operator Error or Misuse
◈ Abnormal damage due to incorrect operation procedures.
◈ Failure to follow user manual instructions.

3. Improper Maintenance
◈ Not maintaining recommended oil temperature range (30–50°C).
◈ Heating ring temperatures exceeding 350°C.
◈ Using non-specified hydraulic oil grades.
◈ Neglecting lubrication requirements for hinge systems.

4. Unauthorized Modifications
◈ Tampering with computer controls or oil pumps without approval from SUCCESSOR after-sales personnel.
◈ Unauthorized disassembly affecting machine performance.

5. Environmental & Storage Conditions
◈ Appearance damage due to poor storage practices.
◈ Corrosion or degradation from exposure to harsh environments.

6. Force Majeure Events
Damage caused by natural disasters, war, fire, flooding, or other unforeseeable external events.

7. Post-Warranty Period
Equipment beyond its respective warranty timeframe is no longer eligible for free service.
